No Sales Experience Is Required. As an industry leader in training and development, we typically look outside of the automotive industry for our people. Our most successful sales professionals have come from business development, account management or hospitality sectors and are individuals who understand the fundamentals of exceptional customer service and selling.

This position is offered with a competitive salary package and includes a car. McCarroll’s reward their outstanding Sales Professionals with bonuses for those that reach and/or exceed their monthly targets. Applicants must have a current Australian drivers license.
